Dr. L. Zapiach completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at New York Medical College in 1976. He is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. L. Zapiach’s areas of interest include colon cancer prevention, diagnostic and therapeutic upper endoscopy, colonoscopy with polypectomy, inflammatory bowel disease, and hepato-biliary diseases. Dr. L. Zapiach is the founding member of Hudson County Gastroenterology, a practice with a combined clinical experience of over 60 years in successfully treating gastrointestinal ailments.
