Research
- Prior research: conducted quality improvement project on implementing smoking cessation interventions in the primary care setting. This project included educating medical providers on a smoking cessation framework and assessing their knowledge and adherence to clinical guidelines. The findings suggested that there could be a relationship between training clinicians on the framework and an improvement of their knowledge and practice of the guideline.
